2020 Year-End Awards Banquet

Virtual Format

We are disappointed that we will not be able to meet together in person this year, but we hope that will not hinder the celebration!  Please see the schedule below and turn in any photos at least one week before your division “celebration date”.  All photos may be sent to ethja1@gmail.com and will be included on the facebook page on the set celebration day.  Please like, comment, and join in the fun as we celebrate our division top-10 riders each day for the month of January!  We will also have updates posted on our website - check the “virtual banquet” tab!

 

We will begin distributing prizes, trophies and ribbons as soon as possible.  Please be patient with the board members as we navigate this new format.  It is important to us that everyone receive the ribbons, prizes and trophies they have worked so hard for this season.

 

Upcoming Deadlines to note:

December 31, 2020 - Deadline to turn in nominations for Sportsmanship (this is extended from the original deadline).  Please email to spk@fiestafarm.com.

 

January 4, 2021 - Deadline to cancel any reservations made at the wilderness and receive a full refund.

 

January 15, 2021 - Deadline to VOTE on the website for this year’s Sportsmanship award winner.  Voting will begin on January 1, 2021.
